“I've used Midwestern for 10+ years for general spraying (for spiders and ants). They have always been great to deal with and their prices have been very fair. I'm in the process of selling my home, and the buyer's lender required a termite treatment, even though we don't have any, nor do we have previous damage from termites. The service was $450, which was $100 cheaper than the company the buyer's agent recommended. The technician who came out was very polite and professional. Midwestern was also very responsive to all my needs with regard to receipts, lien waivers, etc. that I needed for closing. I will continue to use this company at my next home.“

This spring is the best that our yard has ever looked it is dark green, very thick and hardly any weeds. With that being said today is the first spring application he has put on.
