While he took care of the outside, no spraying was done inside, but hopes remain that it will get rid of spiders, gnats, and stink bugs. Robert was very thorough, professional, and courteous, even after a van breakdown that delayed him, with customers noting he was well-raised. Khalid from Moxie was professional and explained everything done to treat the home inside and outside, offering helpful tips. Alex provided a summary of his inspection of bait traps, updating on vole activity and addressing existing holes, showing attention to detail and care for the property.
I had a great experience with Moxie Pest Control from start to finish. Isaac, the salesman, was incredibly helpful, personable, and professional. He took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel pressured.
Wyatt, the technician, was just as impressive. He texted me when he was on his way, when he arrived, and let me know when the service was complete. He also sent pictures while performing the treatment, which I really appreciated. It gave me confidence that everything was done thoroughly. This is our second service. They are amazing! Ben came out today and explained everything he was doing asked if I noticed anything. He got rid of all the spider webs and sprayed the outside of the house and inside the garage!
The technician was very kind, smart and knew what he was doing. He came in, did his job and was gone very quickly and I greatly appreciate that you definitely have a great employee.
