I am not a customer, but I had quite an unpleasant interaction with an employee. My interaction rated between zero stars and negative stars, but it was not pest control related so I went with a (middle of the road) rating. This is actually fitting because my interaction happened on a road, 270 Westbound, Just leaving Illinois. Illinois, many readers may know, has a law prohibiting phone use while operating a vehicle unless it is hands-free. There is a widely known rule about the Interstate system, or any multilane highway, that the left lane is for passing only. Love these guys. Upfront, no pressure and thorough. Charles was great today. He took extra care and was diligent in application to the outer edge of the treatment area. Thank you Charles!

Charles did a very thorough job treating our home today. He even got outside our fence near our patio in the neighbors yard. I'm sure our neighbors appreciate a few less bugs in their yard too.
