Jeff came out to give me a quote and explain how their inspections work and answered all of my questions. James was the technician that came out for the initial inspection and treatment. He was very thorough in servicing the interior and exterior of my house. He placed several sticky traps throughout the basement and garage, more than anyone has ever done. He explained everything to me and said to contact them if I had any questions. Excellent customer service!”

The first guy seemed unhappy with his job or maybe having an upsetting day. Alvin is a breath of fresh air.Even though they couldn’t get rid of the original issue they are keeping the other creepy crawlers away.I wouldn’t recommend the service unless I knew Alvin was the guy they’d be meeting.”
