I am very pleased with Uniteck Kathy and Terry are very helpful and polite! We had a little mouse in the office at my work and they came and swiftly got things all set up with in a few minutes and the colprite who was steeling our snacks was caught the very next morning! Unitech was great from start to finish! Ms. Kathy was very professional, patient, and understanding on the phone despite my frustration. And Robert was amazing! He explained what he was doing every step of the way as well as Unitech's process (including a follow up). He also took time to educated me. Thanks for a positive experience thus far.
