Tarji was such a huge advocate to understand my vision benefits and reassure I was utilizing what I had through my insurance. She called several numbers through my insurance and was extremely professional to all the customer care representatives. And to think she did this all by herself as the only employer working at the time was incredible. She’s incredible.

“I needed to update three pairs of glasses–one of them sunglasses–with a new prescription. All three frames are from Warby Parker, bought within the last three years, and I still love them. They are also all in good shape; it was nice there was no pitch to replace them. Chris at the Central West End Warby Parker was a great help in figuring out how to use my insurance and their discount to get the best deal. I also prefer the smaller CWE store over the Frontenac store. It's much more intimate and feels likes a local store vs. a big mall store. I also always feel like I get more personal service. That was certainly the case with Chris. I'll always ask to work with him going forward.“

“I brought my 800$ Akoni glasses to this place expecting to pay upwards of 100$ to fix my glasses which only had a stripped screw. I was told they would tap a new thread and it's be 30$.

To my shock all they did was add a new screw and charge me 7$ for that screw. I couldn't be more satisfied with the service. Turnaround time was also extremely quick. I would recommend everyone to come here.“

“I took my wife to this location on Butler Hill Rd. after she complained her prescription wasn’t right that she received at the Festus Clarkson Eyecare location. The OD, Michael Katich, at this location did an examination & said the previous examination & script was completely wrong. The OD was thorough & provided additional information that wasn’t given at the Festus location & a new script. The staff was accommodating & friendly & we will definitely use this location verses the one in Festus. I was even willing to pay for another eye examination but they did it at no cost to us. Kudos to the team at the Butler Hill Rd. Clarkson Eyecare.“
