Crown Vision Center is highly recommended for their world-class care and friendly service. The doctor and staff take the time to listen to customers' concerns and give personalized feedback. Dr. Kyle and his staff are the best, so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They go beyond just taking care of vision needs and truly show that they care about eye health. The entire staff provides fantastic service and is friendly and accommodating. All staff are great all around and show their courtesy. Customers appreciate the detailed explanations and the compliments they receive on their glasses. Overall, Crown Vision Center is a caring and respectful business that strives to please its customers.
Overall exam went fantastically, I liked the eye doctor and I like the testing, I did not like the pressure sale by the assistant out front. I informed the assistant I did not want to spend more on a frame than what the insurance covered. Yet the frames Brought to me or from the more expenses side of the wall without acknowledging to me Those frames cost more. Listen to your customer. Don’t try to up charge that ain’t cool. I was very disappointed with that and to me it’s a sneaky way of trying to upgrade a sale I did not appreciate Trying to be taken to spend more money when the assistant clearly knew I was sticking with the plan
If I could give them 10 stars, I would! Dr. Sherwood is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and it’s very clear that he genuinely cares about his patients. I have significantly worse vision in one eye and have always struggled with glasses because they caused double vision and a constant sense of imbalance, so I relied on contacts.
Over the past two years, my vision had become increasingly blurry, especially at a distance, and it felt like I just couldn’t see clearly anymore. Dr. Sherwood is a great optometrist. As well as being personable, he is very knowledgeable and answers all my questions. The staff is friendly and helpful. It has been a great experience every time.
