“I dropped off Bo my 9-month-old GSP for a trial day of doggy day care a week(ish) ago and he had a great day. The staff was very friendly and welcoming which put me at ease. He is so shy around new dogs so I was able to watch the live cameras and see how he was doing throughout the day which was great. I spoke with Schaely the trainer who seemed very friendly and knowledgeable. I decided to start the two-week training today so I will post another review/update once his training is complete. “I always hated the thought of leaving my dog for boarding. I always wanted him home where he's comfortable. However, he loves it here. The staff are always excited to see him walk through the door and you can tell they adore dogs. The place is clean. And my favorite part is they send pictures on the daily when he stays the night. “We just did a test run before our vacation for our dog that has some stranger danger. Very thankful several people from the shelter recommended Arch City. The meet and greet was very helpful and helped set us at ease for our short trip. If you have a dog that does not love “going to summer camp” I would definitely recommend trying Arch City. They are very affordable and it makes a big difference knowing our girl is with someone that understands and cares for her.“

“I was able to have my Bulldog, Hank, seen 30 minutes after I called. One hour after I called in, we were on our way home with the medication he needed. I was very surprised at the low price as well! Both the vet and the vet tech were awesome! Hank loved it there and we’ll be back when needed!“

“St Louis Invisible Fence did a great job with our install, training and support over the past ten years. I got a new puppy and scheduled and paid for training All four were scheduled in advance with 5 hour windows. i now found out a friend is coming for a visit and lands at 12:50. my window is 1-6 so i called to see if i could get 2-6 instead. the girl was brash and told me flat out no. we can do 8- noon or 1-6 thats it. i said ok then i guess I have to reschedule. Next available she says is July 1. So i said her next one is the 6th of June so isnt July 1 too late. Well we have a cancellation list. I told her not to bother. Their customer service is horrible! -Am changing my review since the regional manager just called. The customer service girl is not from St Louis but in a call center. Thats not a great excuse,but makes me feel betteer“

“My 2 cats are always skittish when we take them out of the house, but when we get in our exam room they calm down nicely and warm up to the staff. My cats have always been treated with care and have always had an honest exam when it comes to their health. We are very happy with Romain Creek Vet, have been with them for 3 years and will continue to come back!“

“The technicians at West County Animal Clinic on Manchester were amazing! Our sweet 2 yr old mix is terrified of the vet and hates getting his nails cut. He becomes aggressive and most places I take him don’t know how to handle him. The lead tech and another technician, Lisa and Amy, were amazing! They knew just what to do and they did it quickly and lovingly. I’ve been on the hunt for a vet that doesn’t charge a crazy amount and also knows how to care for scared dogs. I’m so grateful we gave them a try. We’ll definitely be going back for future needs.“

“I have two high energy Australian Shepherds and they absolutely loved their stay at playful paws!! The staff is super friendly and kept us updated with how the girls were doing with both texts and pictures throughout their stay! The girls loved group play and I loved knowing they were being well taken care of and having fun. We live about an hour South of Arnold and their drop off/pickup hours work perfect for us to drop the girls off on our way to the airport and pick them up on our way back home. Bo and Holly give them five stars as do I.“
