Dr. Bender and her staff are the BEST. You will never find a more kind and caring group of veterinary professionals anywhere. My fur babies are high maintenance rescues. The WCAC staff looks after them with loving patience. I appreciate the advice and support from the awesome vet techs who have taken the extra time to help me care for my specials.
I’ve been going to this veterinary practice for at least 20 years. The employees are super friendly and always professional. Dr. Bender and Dr. Steinberg are ALWAYS friendly, they listen (and are patient) when you ask questions, and treat your animals as if they were theirs. My ONLY suggestion is to start accepting Discover or utilize Venmo or PayPal.
Wow! This is our first time here. What a crew. Everyone from the front desk, the technicians and the vet were attentive and caring. You never know what to expect when your a first time client but the staff treated us and our fur babies feel like they have known us forever. I can't say enough good things about my experience, even the new facility is amazing!!!!!! Thank you from all 4 of our babies.
