This was my Fur Baby's 1st Grooming Appt. & although she was excited, she was very anxious also & was shaking like a leaf. She suffers with Seperation Anxiety very bad, so I wasn't sure how she would behave on her 1st visit.
The Kennelwood Staff calmed her down & gave her all the love & attention that she craves. She was pampered & treated like the lil' Diva that she is. Kennelwood truly has a way with ur 4 legged friend & they are well trained.
She is already looking forward to her next Hair Appt.

The staff is always cordial and pleasant when dropping off / picking up. They go out of their way to be helpful and informative. They definitely want you come back. From these experiences I will always use Kennelwood for pet care.
