This was our first visit and I was so pleased with the whole experience! The building, rooms, etc were very clean & non-smelling (which is a difficult task when dealing with animals!). The vet tech was so friendly & awesome with our kitty & the doctor explained things very clearly. She was so patient with all of our questions & gentle with our baby. Everyone was very helpful & accommodating. I will definitely return & trust them with all of our pets!
I visited Fox Creek Kirkwood for the 1st time w/my nervous little beagle who had an overgrown nail that was digging into his paw pad. The staff quickly realized they needed to approach this different to protect him & their staff. They wanted to be sure this experience didn’t traumatize him from visiting them in the future. I really appreciated this. I also appreciated them going over pricing with me prior to doing anything. Would recommend.
I was able to get my dog in on the Sunday of a Labor Day weekend which was great. She was vomiting and not eating. They took X-rays to verify no blockage and gave her some meds. Very nice establishment and employees. They were very knowledgeable and kind. They even called a couple of days later to see how she was doing.
