I have two high energy Australian Shepherds and they absolutely loved their stay at playful paws!! The staff is super friendly and kept us updated with how the girls were doing with both texts and pictures throughout their stay! The girls loved group play and I loved knowing they were being well taken care of and having fun. We live about an hour South of Arnold and their drop off/pickup hours work perfect for us to drop the girls off on our way to the airport and pick them up on our way back home. Bo and Holly give them five stars as do I.
I highly recommend Playful Paws and won't take our furbaby anywhere else! Melanie and her crew are the BEST I've seen being so patient, caring and pay attention to every furbaby they have. Our Ace can be a HUGE handful and Melanie has gone out of her way NUMEROUS times to make Ace feel at home with her at Playful Paws! Ace comes home everyday exhausted from playing with his friends and for that I'm grateful! Our family is so blessed to have found a doggy daycare that takes care of Ace as if he was theirs! He ABSOLUTELY loves it here!!!
Do not recommend! They do not watch the dogs good enough!
