I dropped off Bo my 9-month-old GSP for a trial day of doggy day care a week(ish) ago and he had a great day. The staff was very friendly and welcoming which put me at ease. He is so shy around new dogs so I was able to watch the live cameras and see how he was doing throughout the day which was great. I spoke with Schaely the trainer who seemed very friendly and knowledgeable. I decided to start the two-week training today so I will post another review/update once his training is complete. So far our experience has been great!
A few weeks ago I came in to see if this would be a good place to board my senior dog. Upon arrival the general manager Lauren greeted me and immediately offered a tour. I have a hard time trusting strangers with my sog but Lauren immediately made me feel at ease. She spoke about how her and the staff create a unique environment for every dog and their care. Lauren showed a remarkable interest in my dog and what I was looking for. Thanks to her I will be back and. Fantastic first impression. You have won a new customer.
