The staff are always excited to see him walk through the door and you can tell they adore dogs. The place is clean. And my favorite part is they send pictures on the daily when he stays the night. “I have two high energy Australian Shepherds and they absolutely loved their stay at playful paws!! The staff is super friendly and kept us updated with how the girls were doing with both texts and pictures throughout their stay! The girls loved group play and I loved knowing they were being well taken care of and having fun. We live about an hour South of Arnold and their drop off/pickup hours work perfect for us to drop the girls off on our way to the airport and pick them up on our way back home. Bo and Holly give them five stars as do I.“
