“I had a great experience at Advanced Training and Rehab. This was my first time going to physical therapy, and the whole team made the process feel comfortable and welcoming from day one.

I primarily worked with Jo and Garland, and both were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and really went out of their way to help me reach my goals. They explained everything clearly, adjusted my program as needed, and were genuinely invested in my progress.

Everyone at the clinic is super friendly, even the trainers who weren’t working with me still knew my name and made me feel included. The atmosphere is upbeat and supportive, which made it much easier to stay consistent and motivated.

I also had several early morning sessions at 7 AM, and they were surprisingly easy to show up for, which says a lot about how positive the environment is.

Hopefully I won’t need physical therapy again anytime soon, but if I do, I would go back here in a heartbeat!“

“Was skeptical at first. I read some reviews. I tried a few different websites for pricing including nugmed. I forget the others. Set my appointment up last night for my appointment this morning at 9:30am. Was approved immediately for my chronic pain. And my card was approved by the state of Missouri by 10:16am. lol my card was printable in 46minutes of my appointment. Of course it all depends on how noticeable your condition is for approval I think and how backed up your state is on applications.“

Dr. Staten is retiring and it’s bittersweet knowing that we won’t see him again. We chose to stay at the medical office because I know our new doctor will give us the same care. She's thorough, efficient, has an easy kindness and is very likable. Tyler ... deals with your costs. She insures that you leave broke but happy. They were very friendly and polite. They explained everything in a way that I, as a lay person could understand. “It’s hard for me to understand how anyone could leave a negative review about Dr. Mehrtens or any of his staff.
Dr. Mehrtens has been the primary care physician for our entire family for years, and the care we’ve received in this office has been consistently outstanding!
Dr. Mehrtens and his staff truly listen. You never feel rushed, and they always take the time to answer every question. He is also very responsive through the patient portal and can usually see you within a day or two of calling. I’ve never had to wait weeks for an appointment like you often do with other offices.
Another huge advantage is the convenience! Most lab work can be done right in the office, and many common prescriptions are provided before you leave, always at NO COST!
If your union offers the Marathon (Everside) Healthcare option, I highly recommend taking advantage of it. There are no co-pays, no out-of-pocket expenses, and no running all over town for labs or meds, and no repeating your entire medical history to someone new at every visit.
It’s accessible, personal, high-quality, comprehensive medical care - the way medicine should be practiced everywhere. We are patients for life! ?“

“Parking is horrible, there aren't enough handicap spaces. I had a physical therapy appointment yesterday and there were no handicap spaces and absolutely no regular parking. I had to park close to building three...The garage was completely full too..

“Amanda is the best doc I ever been too. Jenna is amazing nurse. Kristen is amazing too. The only thing bad I can say is that Angie a nurse is rude anytime I call she answers the phone like she hates her job. I also have been calling for two days now to get my inhaler filled and there seems to be no sense of care. I spoke to Angie of course yesterday she rushes me off the phone with no care in the world. I honestly hate when she answers the phone. She is like that everytime I call.“

“Old Webster Animal Hospital was Dot's vet for the past 5 years. The moment I parked my car in front of Old Webster Animal Hospital, Dot was trying to get out of the visit...she was an intelligent dog that knew we weren't going in for pup cups. The staff always helped Dot stay calm by showing her love. Dr. Davis was always informative and great to work with. Dot tragically passed away, and when I was in a panic, I called Old Webster Animal Hospital, and Michelle helped me figure out what to do. After her passing, we received a card in the mail from Old Webster Animal Hospital that touched our hearts. The message helped give us some relief, and the gesture moved us.
