“This place saved my life. I have been to a really large cancer hospital in Washington State they were horrible. This place raised the bar of expectations in care. Beside manner. Intelligence. Comfort. And understanding. Focus was on best for patient not money they can get.“
“Convenient, veteran-focused urgent care. I had a very positive experience here. Definitely recommended.“
“Veterans clinic in Belleville il.It's a pretty good alternative to John Cochran or Jefferson Barracks for checkups.Usually long waits and don't expect the red carpet to roll out when you get here.Staff is kind of rude but pretty used to it.Hours of operation are8:00 - 4:30 Monday - Friday“
“The care I received at the Center for Advanced Medicine (primarily in the brain tumor clinic) has been incredible. Every doctor, nurse, and tech has been professional and compassionate. As much as I wish I never needed a place like Center for Advanced Medicine/Siteman, I am so glad that it exists and I would recommend it to anyone making decisions about where to undergo treatment.“
“Great experience with Nick who was friendly, personable, and expedient. He deserves a raise.“
“I couldn't have had a better experience here! Molly and Kwan (or Quan) took very good care of me and made my visit feel safe, informative, comfortable, and comprehensive.“
“The attendants and nurses are very friendly and always happy to see you.. top of the line nurse practitioners and doctors“
“I love Affinia!! They are so important to our city. I love all the staff and the drs too. They are inclusive, and it's a safe space. It's very clean.“
“Sadly, my doctor -- Elaine Hutchinson -- is leaving this practice, but I still highly recommend checking out Grant Medical Clinic for the fantastic and friendly staff, the ease of access (with it's own paved lot, you'll be in, out, and on your way in no time), and the best phlebotomist I've encountered (I'm a tough stick when it comes to bloodwork, and they leave me with nary a bruise).“
“Edit: I received a call from the Clinic Manager and she informed me that they are aware of their phone system issues and they are trying to implement a new one so that the experience is better going forward. She also informed me that I can request prescriptions and schedule appointments through the online patient portal, which I was not aware of. I'm very pleased with how Heather has received the feedback and with the solutions she has provided me. I'm going to change this from 1 star to 4 stars.-----original review below-----DON'T EVEN BOTHER GOING TO THIS CLINIC.It is poorly managed and just gets worse. I have been going to this clinic for years. I've been trying to find ways to convince myself to stay because I love my PCP. My PCP, Delora Brooks, NP, is wonderful and she has given me the best care I have ever received. I moved out of the area and still drive to this clinic because thats how much I would like to keep her as my PCP. However, the clinic itself is awful to deal with. Their phone system is terrible. Some days you are directed through an automated system. Some days the line is constantly busy and you can't get through at all. About 90% of the time you're directed through the automated system only to be directed to voicemail, where the message SAYS that they will return your call, but they NEVER DO. I have a prescription that has to be written every month and can't have refills scheduled with the pharmacy. I've tried being proactive and calling a little early, but I leave a voicemail and no one returns my call. It shouldn't be this stressful to receive care. My pharmacy is out of stock on my prescription and won't be able to fill it in time before my current prescription runs out. The pharmacy can't transfer the prescription to another location they told me to call my doctor and have it moved to the other pharmacy that has it in stock, but now I can't get in contact with anyone in the clinic and we are about to go into a 3 day weekend. This is an absolute nightmare and it is 100% the fault of whoever is in charge of this clinic. I'm seriously debating looking for a new primary because it is just too difficult to deal with this clinic. It makes me sad, but I can't keep doing this every month.“
“Things are slowly improving. The Doctors and Nurses are professionals. The ancillary staff are getting better. To day I experienced my first negative encounter. A surely phlebotomist with a very negative attitude. She seemed to hate her job and patients. She can be identified by her blue hairbun. She should think about a career change and JCVAMC should help her out the door. Employees like her are the cause for the VA bad image.“
“We have been going to BJC Medical Group at the Highlands for more than a decade. Everyone there is very kind and it appears to me that all is efficient. I have not had any complications of any sort nor any paperwork delays. The only disappointment I have is my doctor retiring and then soon after my nurse practitioner. These folks have taken great care of my husband and I... I wish them well!“
“Dr. Miguel Granger has a wonderful bedside manner. Very knowledgeable in his craft. Very thorough in diagnosis. I am blessed to have him as my physician. I always look forward to my appointments knowing he's on the job.“
