It’s hard for me to understand how anyone could leave a negative review about Dr. Mehrtens or any of his staff.
Dr. Mehrtens has been the primary care physician for our entire family for years, and the care we’ve received in this office has been consistently outstanding!
Dr. Mehrtens and his staff truly listen. You never feel rushed, and they always take the time to answer every question. He is also very responsive through the patient portal and can usually see you within a day or two of calling. I’ve never had to wait weeks for an appointment like you often do with other offices.

I can not say enough positive things about Marathon Health on Lemay Ferry Road. Courtney is so friendly, funny, and just an absolute angel. Dr. Mehrtens was fantastic... he LISTENS, has a way of explaining things so you understand, and you can tell he truly cares about what he does and his patients. My husband and I didn't feel rushed at all, we laughed, we felt heard/understood, and got things lined up to get us on track to taking better care of ourselves. Courtney and Dr. Mehrtens were both knowledgeable, kind, and personable.
