“Yesterday, I sat on my glasses. One of the nose pads broke off. I spent the rest of the day sad as the remaining plastic piece dug into my skin.

I’m only visiting Kansas City so I was resigned to just be uncomfortable for the next four days until I could get home and get my glasses fixed.

On my way to get coffee this morning, I walked past Vision Source. “Maybe they can fix my glasses,” I thought to myself. I walked in with low expectations: I had no appointment and I wasn’t a local customer.

The absolute angels at Vision Works replaced both nose pads on my glasses so that they were even. They cleaned the lenses and tightened all the screws. My glasses look new and they don’t hurt my face.

I would have paid literally any amount of money and they did it all for free in five minutes because, as they said, “Repairs are always free.”

Not only was it the best , most accurate eye exam i've ever had, the customer service was out of this world!! It was without a shadow of a doubt, the best experience I've e ever had getting an eye exam. The product from that eye exam is the most accurate prescription I've ever had. I can finally see how beautiful nature is in its complete totality, thanks to this eye exam. I can go on and on about how accurate this eye exam was. I have an astigmatism in one eye.So for the last fifteen years, everything's been blurry at a distance . Not anymore!!!
