“I have worked customer service for over 20 years and never in my life have been treated so badly! Front desk staff are rude, dont even get me started on their techs. I have been back to this office so many times because the prescription they gave me is wrong and I ordered a year supply of contacts and purchased a pair of glasses. Then when I finally find what works with me they try to tell me what I need. The tech was rude, and lacked any kind of customer service! I just left. I spend to much money on my eyes each year to have to deal with people that don't care about your well being!
I want to add because my last few experiences have changed. Dr. Bednar and Karrie have been amazing in fixing the issues! They are taking time to help me figure out the prescription. They have made it worth going back for vision care. Thank you for taking the time to make things right and caring about your office and your patients.“

I use trifocals and I can seamlessly see between them for all distances, without noticing the lines. I felt so cared for with his exam and knew I would not use another OD, as long as I could choose Dr. Rubin in the future for myself and my family.“
