Look, we all know going to the eye doctor is usually not the highlight of the year. The waiting, the air puffs, the "which one is better" where they look the same...But from the moment I called to make an appointment to the moment I left I genuinely had a great experience and truly enjoyed my time there. I had some weird things happening with my insurance and Juliet figured it out for me, called me to check in about it, and made sure I was informed and comfortable before the appointment.When I got there they were running a little behind (show me a doctor who doesn't) but both Juliet and sebastian(totally unsure if I got his name right! I found an amazing eye glasses consultant in Juliete at the Target Store at 133rd & State Line (KCMO). I wondered into the store 2 years ago and lucked out in working with her. She helped, not only in selecting glasses that looked good on me; but also in giving me ways to keep the lenses free from scratches and smudges. I bought 2 pairs of glasses at that time AND returned against a few weeks ago to seek glasses with my newest prescription. She is very helpful, patient and honest with her responses to the frames I kept choosing! I will return to Target. Loraine L. Wilson

The staff were very professional, helpful and friendly. They definitely care about your decision and they make sure you understand all the options you have. I would recommend target optical to anyone who wants a great eye doctor and great service.
