As my first visit to Visionsource with Dr. Erin Bales I was impressed with the quality of care that I received from the friendly front desk staff , to the care team, Dr. Bales and staff. My exam was extremely thorough and all of my questions were answered. It made me feel well taken care of. I highly recommend them. I will be sending my family and friends over to Dr. Bales !

Short review- 10/10 would recommend! The ladies at the Crossroads location- Emily & Rameisha- were super helpful with picking out frames that flattered my face shape and my style preference. And their selection range is fantastic! The Drs- most thorough exam I’ve ever had. The bonus- there was no wait time in the office AND my frames arrived much faster than expected! ? They are downtown, but have a lot right next to their building so parking was a breeze. Definitely the style refresh I was looking for, annnd now I can see what I’m reading ?

I will not get my eye exams anywhere else after my first visit. The place itself has a warm charm to it, you immediately feel welcomed. The staffis professional, classy and all have great vibes. Also, I was very impressed with the advanced mechanics their office has.
