Yesterday, I sat on my glasses. One of the nose pads broke off. I spent the rest of the day sad as the remaining plastic piece dug into my skin.

I’m only visiting Kansas City so I was resigned to just be uncomfortable for the next four days until I could get home and get my glasses fixed.

On my way to get coffee this morning, I walked past Vision Source. “Maybe they can fix my glasses,” I thought to myself. I walked in with low expectations: I had no appointment and I wasn’t a local customer.

Talked to several staff members here and everyone was helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. I've never worn glasses in the past, and they gave me a lot of great information on how my vision's currently fairing, how glasses could benefit me, and what I should be aware of to maintain my ocular health.
