We love the Plaza location as the staff have been there for over a year at least. They are very knowledgeable, cheerful, helpful, and work very quickly in getting our orders processed.

I went to the plaza location with a prescription from my eye doctor. I choose not to order through the eye doctors office because all of their frames are over $500. I found a $200 frame at warby Parker and ordered my glasses with transition progressive and a prism. They arrived 10 days later and worked well. But I realized that I didn't like the way they looked. Within the 30-day return window I went back and talked with an optician who helped me pick out a new frame and it was ordered. When I received it I realized that something was wrong. The best experience getting glasses that I have ever had. They had so many styles and frame sizes. Don’t hesitate to ask questions or to ask about a smaller/bigger size or a different color. The staff are stellar. They were friendly, and attentive without being pushy. My salesperson was knowledgeable on insurance and pricing. He was great to work with. I bought two pairs because the pricing was so affordable. I will be back for my future purchases! They are shipping my glasses right to my house as well! It was all included in the upfront pricing.
