Excellent care from good people! Dr. LaFerla went above and beyond during my recent bout with iritis. She was even in contact over the weekend checking on me. Staff is exceptional as well, and I really appreciate them working me in to the schedule.
The level of service from start to finish was literally second to none which exceeded my expectations significantly….For starters, they accommodated my busy schedule by modifying theirs in a big way. 2 pairs of glasses ordered before 1200 as a new patient…was something that I would’ve never considered as being a possibility given my initial correspondence with the company occurred an hour and a half -two hours prior to. Well, It did happen and I can’t thank them enough for the excellent experience I had yesterday. Well done!!!
