I think having a single doc looking at my eyes will be able to spot small changes from year to year that having random providers may miss. Most people would assume the sales people would know MOST things about the frames, but the woman we worked with had a quiet, confident knowledge and was SO helpful. The one downside about Warby Parker as a company, not this store in particular, is that they only have two types of progressive lenses. One that insurances take and one that insurances do not. If they had a third, which bridged the gap, such as many other places do (including Zenni optical online), more people would be able to use their insurance.“
