I had to drive to the liberty location because the insurance I have is apparently new to them and I think they said this Dr was the only one set up for it… Green Hills Rd is way closer but I will be happy to see Dr Brass at whatever location he’s at!!! Such a pleasant place and great hospitality!!!“

“Made my appointment on Friday afternoon and was able to get in on Monday Morning. Met with a new eye Dr, Landon Kraus and was very pleased with him. He spent quite a bit of time with me and wrote down everything that I needed to know.“

“This place has been amazing to my family. We’ve been to this clinic for 2 annual appointments as a family of 4; we have 2 small children also getting exams. On both occasions, the staff were extremely accommodating and great with our kids. We’ve had to spend extended time in the clinic picking out glasses, getting referrals and such. This last visit we were there for 2.5 hours; they were very patient with our kiddos and kept them entertained with stickers and coloring. The first time we were there, our kids were growing increasingly impatient with the amount of time our appointments was taking and the staff CREATED A SCAVENGER HUNT to keep them entertained. If you have young kids, go here! But also the providers are great. Explained our prescriptions and developmental milestones important for our kids eye development and thorough examinations. Great customer service.“

“My husband needed new glasses so we went to try some on at lens crafter. Right away Lain was so helpful. As soon as they saw him they were picking out glasses they thought he’d like. All of them looked amazing. They probably spent over an hour going through different glasses, never rushing us, never making us feel like we were a burden. It felt like shopping with a friend. And my husband looks so handsome in his new Armani glasses. This was some of the best customer service I’ve witnessed. I’ll definitely be coming back to get myself a pair.“

I was in search of emergency contact lenses for my husband as he had left them here by accident after he had already left for his trip, & since he was going to be in Kansas City, MO for a week.. Having contact lenses was very much needed. Megan was so helpful in this matter and was able to locate some disposable contacts in the exact prescription that was needed, at Epic Vision Eye Center. “The front desk staff were kind, and soft spoken, and were very helpful. The doctor was enjoying and fun, he took all the hard work out of the exam. TBH I'd do a daily exam for lifetime, if I had the same doctor. I am sad I forgot his name. They dont build them like him anymore. I cannot speak for costs as I recieved a voucher from Kansas City. But in two years with my next voucher I will definitely go back. Hopefully that same doc will be there. Thank you guys for the smiles, and the smooth process.“

“I originally choose this place because I wanted to support a local Brookside business and I've been very pleased with their services. You might have to jump through an extra hoop for insurance reimbursement compared to some of the national chains or network providers, but their exceptional service definitely makes it worthwhile.I wear both contacts and glasses. The contacts they recommended for me are the best I've ever had. They spent more time considering which line of contacts were most suitable for my vision problems than any other optometrist that I've been to.Same for the glasses as well. A great match for my vision problems. I got an expensive pair of lenses and then somehow manage to scratch them up 9 months later. I took them to get repaired and I was expecting to have spend hundreds on a new set of lenses. But they recognized that they were still under warranty. They handled shipping them to the manufacturer and then they were ready for me to pick up a week later...all at no extra cost to me.I really appreciate service like that and they definitely earned a new long-term customer.“
