“My husband needed new glasses so we went to try some on at lens crafter. Right away Lain was so helpful. As soon as they saw him they were picking out glasses they thought he’d like. All of them looked amazing. They probably spent over an hour going through different glasses, never rushing us, never making us feel like we were a burden. It felt like shopping with a friend. And my husband looks so handsome in his new Armani glasses. This was some of the best customer service I’ve witnessed. I’ll definitely be coming back to get myself a pair.“

She's very down to earth and made him feel safe and cared for. She did a fantastic job as well as all the staff at St. Lukes South surgi-center! They were all kind, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make him feel welcome and safe. It was a great experience for him and myself.“

“The front desk staff were kind, and soft spoken, and were very helpful. The doctor was enjoying and fun, he took all the hard work out of the exam. TBH I'd do a daily exam for lifetime, if I had the same doctor. I am sad I forgot his name. They dont build them like him anymore. I cannot speak for costs as I recieved a voucher from Kansas City. But in two years with my next voucher I will definitely go back. Hopefully that same doc will be there. Thank you guys for the smiles, and the smooth process.“
