“I was looking for a place to repair the damage from the March 14th tornado. I was given two suggestions from friends who had used the businesses in the past for repairs on their homes. My house was damaged in the March 14th storm but it was not anything structural mostly just cosmetic work. Tesson Roofing and Exteriors service was excellent from the beginning to end of the project. They got all the damaged siding and gutters replaced in a timely manner. Our project manager, Jake Looney, was the biggest reason the project went so smoothly. His ability to communicate throughout the process was excellent and he made you feel more like a friend or family than a client they were just servicing. The quality of work was exceptional and the bid came in right at what my insurance provided us for the repairs so we did not have to go back and forth with the insurance company. Coldstream had an inspector at our house the next day. Brandon installed a temporary repair and walked us through the process. We soon had a permanent repair with an exact match of our shingles. He then worked with our fickle insurance company who's adjuster's computer stopped working for a couple of weeks and who's appraiser did not honor established appointments.

Bryan and Stark Roofing handled all these bumps with complete aplomb.

Once the insurance company was satisfied, Bryan and Stark Roofing made the appointment for the work to begin shortly there after. Not expecting a single dollar until the job was completed.

The installers and the installation were also best in class. All materials specified were installed completely and to building standards.

The clean up was complete too.
