Phil Maroon was very professional and he delivered what he had promised in a timely fashion: a team of formidable painters who worked when they were expected to work, and did so with much readiness and kindness.
I expect a few things from roofers or home remodelers.
1) Honor your estimates - ARS did that
2) Communicate with me - even when there are delays so I can plan accordingly - ARS did that
3) Do the job you said you would do and do it the best you can - ARS did that
4) If I have a concern, address my concern in a timely manner and adjust if appropriate - ARS did that
5) After the job is done, if there is a need for follow up - follow-up, even if full payment has been made - ARS did that.
Thanks for everything. I would hire you again...but hopefully not anytime soon. My new concrete tile roof looks better everyday.
