Phil Maroon was very professional and he delivered what he had promised in a timely fashion: a team of formidable painters who worked when they were expected to work, and did so with much readiness and kindness.
I expect a few things from roofers or home remodelers.
1) Honor your estimates - ARS did that
2) Communicate with me - even when there are delays so I can plan accordingly - ARS did that
3) Do the job you said you would do and do it the best you can - ARS did that
4) If I have a concern, address my concern in a timely manner and adjust if appropriate - ARS did that
5) After the job is done, if there is a need for follow up - follow-up, even if full payment has been made - ARS did that.
Thanks for everything. I would hire you again...but hopefully not anytime soon. My new concrete tile roof looks better everyday.
I called ARS construction for help after a neighbor drove their car through my garage. Brayden contacted me back quickly & came to look at the damage. He walked me through how the process would go before the insurance even came out to quote anything. Once the insurance agent was available Brayden came back to be at the job site and help point out anything that was missed immediately. Overall the meeting went smooth & the work started a couple days later. They had to first remove all the damaged materials , redo frame work, repair drywall, siding & put in an entire garage door system.
