My initial contact was with Michael Salazaar. I was impressed with his punctuality and professionalism. Michael was also present when the insurance adjusters inspected the house. I appreciate (and will never forget) his concern in making sure we were taken care of by one of his colleagues when he couldn't make contact with me. But when he heard about the death of my brother, he immediately contacted me to give his sincere condolences and assured me that he would make sure the process continued to move forward with the insurance company. This meant a lot to me to not have to worry about anything during this difficult and stressful time. ECI, you hired a winner!
Michael was very prompt with our urgent request to assess our siding damage. He also gave us information on how to navigate the situation and a rough timeline on the repairs. They were also kind enough to file the claim with home insurance and to help us get us on schedule quickly. Truly appreciated the help!
We got in touch with ECI roofing through a cold call after there was bad hail in our area. I felt quite comfortable with them from the beginning to the end. Jack came out to do our estimate in a VERY timely manner and was super professional…called even for us to the insurance company to get the claim started.
