“Shelby Roofing has done two projects on our home in three years. We had a leak and they found that a prior roofer did not roof it properly. They fixed the problem and repaired all the exterior damage. The second project was when a tree fell on our home. They helped us find a contractor to remove the tree and worked with us every step of the way with our insurance company. They fixed the roof, soffit, fascia, siding and gutters. They are always professional and communicate very well from their administrative staff, estimator, and project management. He didn’t try to oversell and was honest about what to expect. He answered all of my questions very thoroughly and was able to get our roof done quickly. He was here at the start of the job, came and did check ups as the guys worked on the roof and even texted with picture updates, and did a final check with us when everything was done.
