“Had our roof replaced 4 years ago after a hail storm by Storm Solutions, according to the bid/estimate, which was signed by both parties, lead pipe flashings were supposed to be replaced along with roof.Noticed slight water spotting on ceiling above second floor bathroom, but it never grew bigger, within the last month with increased rain, we noticed that there was a mold spot forming in drywall, and drywall was wet to the touch.Got on roof to see what was going on, parts of lead pipe flashing on rear of roof is missing and underlayment is visible, flashing appears to be 20+ years old, was never replaced.We have been trying to contact them via phone calls, emails, Facebook messages and their contact us section of the website, zero response.Have filed complaint with BBB, we’ll see if they ever respond to any of this.UPDATE:Owner contacted me and within 3 days had the issue fixed, everything is resolved.Thank you.“

“We love our new roof!!! Our whole experience with Allen roofing was professional quick and easy. Our sales rep / estimator, Jon Morrow, communicated with us through the whole process, start to finish. We told him we were looking for a quality, wind and impact resistant architectural shingle in a medium to dark grey that would complement our blue shutters. He immediately said CertainTeed’s Landmark Pro Max Def Pewter!!! He said it is a class 3 impact resistance rating that HO insurance company’s love. He was right, they love it! They reduced our premium substantially!!! Jon also said that the Pewter has a blue specks in it to tie in with the blue shutters. When I saw the sample, I was so impressed that it was exactly what I wanted in every way!!! But I had to look at all the samples online and in Allen Roofing’s display room to be sure. And guess what, he was right on the money. By process of elimination, I came to same the conclusion. CertainTeed’s Pewter was perfect!!! Jon was so helpful that he even texted me the address of a neighbor that had same roof. Everyone at Allen Roofing was so nice and friendly including other sales reps, the secretary, the roofing crew. We even met Mr. Allen himself!! Highly recommend!!!“
