Definitely request to work with Mel for a clean and easy insurance process. He told me what he would submit to insurance, met my adjuster for me, guided me through the entire claim, and made sure they paid for ALL of my storm damage. Highly recommend if you're dealing with State Farm! Insurance did not even want me to file, and they ended up paying for more items than they originally put on their damage sheet. I only paid my deductible. Awesome 👌
