CJS was a life saver! We needed a bid for a new roof ASAP for the possible purchase of my son's first house... they came out the next day. Then we needed the roof put on and completed by closing (the next week!) ... the seller went with CJS's bid/company because the proposal was fair and reasonable. They had several proposals to choose from.Best of all... the roof looks GREAT!The house also needed new gutters/downspouts and they had that project completed the following week after closing- looks great too! CJS was a critical piece to my son getting his first home.
