Energyz Yoga & Zumba Virtual Studio
“Daisy is fun, energizing and easy to follow. Her Zumba classes are full of energy and great music! She makes it easy to follow if you're just starting out and fun moves if you are more advanced. She always has a positive energy and a smile on her face! Her yoga classes are great for all levels. I have been doing yoga for about six years now and she challenges me but also explains the poses in detail. She has helped me improve my practice in the way she explains the proper form and benefits of each pose.”
