Planet Fitness

Planet Fitness is known for its welcoming atmosphere and commitment to cleanliness. Located on the North side of Lindell, it offers ample parking in front. With over 2,400 locations, it provides a variety of equipment, ensuring members can work out comfortably without feeling crowded, even during peak hours. The gym staff is generally friendly and attentive, frequently cleaning the facility to maintain a pleasant environment. However, experiences with staff can vary; while some employees are appreciated for their helpfulness, others may not be as supportive, leading to mixed feelings among members. Despite some negative reviews about staff, many visitors have reported positive experiences.

The gym features a user-friendly app that helps members check crowd levels before visiting. Although the equipment is well-maintained, some members express a desire for more traditional weightlifting options, as the absence of squat racks and the reliance on Smith machines can limit their training routines. Notably, there are five Smith machines and plenty of dumbbells available. Overall, Planet Fitness strives to create a positive workout experience, promoting the idea that everyone can enjoy Big Fitness Energy™. Additionally, they offer free lifting for high school students with IDs over the summer, adding to its appeal.
