I dropped in while in town. This box is run very well! Very easy to sign up and choose a class. The facility is extremely clean and has excellent equipment. As a CrossFit coach, I was most impressed with the coaching. Class was structured very well, with general and specific warmups that left me very ready to hit it in the WOD. Matt Welhaf’s coaching was top notch. He scaled movements effectively for some. He caught a movement fault I wasn’t aware I was doing, and his corrective cue was perfect. I highly recommend CrossFit Happy Streets!
Brian and his team of coaches provide a great atmosphere that is energetic and supportive for athletes of all fitness levels. Any workout can be properly scaled to give you a workout that is challenging but safe depending on your abilities. The members are welcoming and friendly. All equipment is clean and high quality. Give Happy Streets a try!
Fantastic CrossFit box with engaging and thoughtful coaches, and workouts. These folks work hard and have fun. Great drop-in. Clean, quality facility and equipment in a cool neighborhood. One of my very favorite drop-ins. Will return!
