“I visited this hospital today to make a mammogram appointment, but I found out that they don’t offer mammograms here. I wasn’t sure what to do, but the staff at Desk 4 was kind enough to help me and connected me to another place where I could easily make an appointment. Even though I was only there for a short time, it seemed like all the staff treat patients with kindness and warmth.“

“Sometimes there is a long wait, other times you get called right back (and wait another 10 min). But the doctors here are great! (I would go to a diff. lab if u can, just because the waiting room for the lab is small but if u r not a germophobe like me, just stay.) Oh and the ladies out front to check u in - r amazing! In fact, Spira Care has given me the most pleasant doctor experiences I’ve ever had. I’ve never had a wait and the staff is always very pleasant. They were able to get me in the next day when I had an issue crop up. I also love their online system, my doctor was able to do an easy diagnosis and send me a prescription via their online service within 24 hours of me sending in a message. “I recently went in for a CAT Scan. We were almost 30 min early & expected to wait. Check-in staff was really nice & quick. Then we met Sarah, who brought us back within 5 min of getting there! “This place is exactly why we don't judge books by their covers... The whole experience was great the girls at the front were fast the check in process easy the nurse was easy to talk to the NP I seen was the nicest person listened to all of my concerns treated each one as important as I feel they are which usually doctors tend to dismiss your concerns these days and never once did I feel like my worries were silly and then the lady that took my blood was amazing as well my appointment was at 2pm and I was done and heading home by 3:30pm which is pretty good being this wasy 1st appointment so I had all that paperwork and blood work anyways Im absolutely impressed ?“

“All of the people that work there office and Medical staff were very nice. Professional and caring. It is sad that the powers that be are not. The business aspect of this organization is cold and cut-throat. I am sorry to have to leave them. My new doctors office is much closer and will hopefully begin to feel warm and inviting the way cobblestone used to be for me. My husband will be staying as we do not want to change up on him given his extreme illness. We will just take great care to make sure his bill is always paid on time.“

“Children’s Mercy Ophthalmology Clinic on Broadway gave my daughter her life back. She had a lazy eye and they suggested strabismus surgery at their Children’s Mercy Kansas campus in Overland Park KS. She had it done on January 14th 2026. We noticed after a week of her surgery she was not falling near as bad. Her depth perception is so much better. Dr. Allyson was amazing and referred us to her colleague Dr. Can who did my daughters procedure. I would 10/10 recommend this place for your children’s eye needs. They are very well educated and equipped for a lot of conditions!“
