“My visit to SSM Urgent Care in Brentwood for a mystery 24 hour gastrointestinal bug was so helpful. This is my regular Urgent Care and I am always well taken care of and seen quickly. I was checked in by a real live human before I could even start with the self-check-in kiosk and then they had me back in a room from there. I was suffering from some pretty rough nausea and they were able to give me medication while I was there (and then a follow up prescription) to get me back on my feet. J.R. (I think this was his name) the practitioner who treated me was extremely kind, patient, and thorough. I had a family roadtrip planned just two days after my appointment and I was afraid I might have to cancel. But SSM Urgent Care took great care of me so I could keep my plans. Thank you!“

“Thank god for this urgent care. I did have to wait a bit but you could tell the staff was busy and working hard. It's flu season and I just know they were getting their butts kicked with an influx of patients. They saw me, got me tested for the flu (which I did have) and made sure to get me on the proper medications to help me get through it. While in the waiting room I had to listen to a whiny grown man being aggressive and threatening toward staff. I wish people would realize the staff is going as fast as they can. Not everything in life is immediate. Thank you for everything you do guys! I appreciate you.“
