The staff handled things with calm and friendliness. There was a little software hiccup at the check-in station that was slowing intake, but the staff stepped up and did a workaround.

My visit to SSM Urgent Care in Brentwood for a mystery 24 hour gastrointestinal bug was so helpful. This is my regular Urgent Care and I am always well taken care of and seen quickly. I was checked in by a real live human before I could even start with the self-check-in kiosk and then they had me back in a room from there. I was suffering from some pretty rough nausea and they were able to give me medication while I was there (and then a follow up prescription) to get me back on my feet. J.R.
