Total Access Urgent Care

Highly recommend this location. The staff were all very friendly and attentive to my wife's needs. Each staff member that we saw was very polite and respectful. This was our first time here and we were both very pleased with the care she received. We were in and out in approx. 2 hours and that included a CT Scan.

I was trying to select 4.5 stars. My roommates and I live right next door to a Total Access Urgent Care. I usually always have good face-to-face interactions. This last visit was a little frustrating because I was 2nd in the wait-list line but wound up waiting an hour for a room because 4 or 5 others had more serious symptoms. My roommate has asthma so she is one of those patients that gets taken to a room ahead of people waiting in the lobby, so I understand. The person at the front desk reassured me after the first time this happened that they hadn't forgotten about me but they had more urgent symptoms and I was understanding. A top notch urgent care facility on Gravois Rd. @ Mackenzie Rd in Affton that has many caring employees, I would highly recommend. Also like the number system as I did not have to sit in the car or in the waiting Room. They were very thorough. Kathy D-Affton
