TUAC did a great job for me in diagnosing Strep. BTW - There must be a lot of sick people in STL right now - every Total Access Urgent Care was full on Sunday (at 9 AM) except one location. I was glad to get a spot although I had to wait 4 hours to be seen. The registration and check-in system is GREAT - you simply periodically check your place in line and go about your busy day until you are #2 in line, then head over to the location. The staff was polite and efficient.
The staff here is great ! I cut my finger that required stiches on New Year’s Eve morning. The young ladies at the front got me to a room and I was taken care of in no time. The tech and Dr were awesome. I apologize I don’t remember names but they will know who they were!
Based on the symptoms I presented on my booking, I got a message to come in as soon as I could. The reception was good and the doctor took his time to attend to me and had a very good conversation.
