Nurse Practitioner Kim Campbell is truly exceptional. She treated me with genuine kindness, compassion, and attentive care.
She took time to explain each of my lab results one by one and made sure I understood everything clearly.
She also prescribed the right medication and even called me personally to share the results of my additional lab work.
It’s clear that she is committed to building meaningful relationships with her patients and truly cares about their well being.
The front desk staff and nurse at St. Lukes Arnold Urgent care are also kind, welcoming, and accomodating.

I’m a little late on this review but anyone with a sick kid understands how chaotic it can be in the moment. My son had been feeling off all day at the babysitters and I got off work late so late that there was probably only 30 minutes before closing time for this urgent care I called ahead and they encouraged me to still come in. They took my information right away and we were seen immediately when we arrived. At no point in this visit did we feel rushed or pushed through like we were just another number or a barrier in their way to get home for night.
