“We had a new hot water heater installed. We had a complicated old system, with a holding tank and instant hot water lines. Over the years, we had other plumbing services look at the system; none of them appeared to truly understand what we had. My technician from Rick’s Water Heating Repair understood immediately. We also found out he does more then just water heater repairs. Our garbage disposal was old and needed to be replaced. He was able to swap it out at the same time he did the water heater install. A few answered and quoted us $125 for the service call and $125 labor fee just to come and look at the furnace. The reviews for Comfort Crew stood out to me, families with no AC receiving help quickly, the company taking the time to diagnose and repair before jumping to replacement, elderly customers receiving the help they needed during the heat of summer rather than being waitlisted. This was the kind of company I was hopeful for and willing to spend the money at. But Chris had other plans. Rather than trying to penny pinch and make as much money as he could off of us in our seemingly desperate state, he was honest, quick and only charged for the bare minimum of equipment and time. I will not share the exact amount we paid Comfort Crew for an entire new furnace to be installed, I will say it was 1/3 the cost of all offers made to us by other HVAC companies, and took less than one week to complete. We went from hot sleepless nights, to cuddling in the living room under a HEAP of blankets. We appreciate Chris, and his team at Comfort Crew for everything! The kids couldn’t be happier. 🥰“
