Scheduling was a breeze! The techs that showed up to my house really took their time trying to track down what was causing some of the issues we had with my admittedly outdated furnace and heat pump system and provided me with a reasonable quote on any parts and labor required to replace some of the aspects of my system that are nearing the end of thier life. They were extremely informative and took their time explaining things to me as a layman and first time home owner and were happy to show me exactly how my system worked while I followed them around. Couldn't have been better and I will continue to recommend them in the future!

Found Comfort Doc on a Google search. Was having some minor issues with HVAC and called these guys. Matt came out two days later, walked me through the issue and was kind and respectful! Give these guys a shot with your HVAC needs.

Called and got lucky that they were able to squeeze us in for our service repair/checkup the same day!. Thanks Matt and Tony!They were able to diagnose and educate us on what happened/probable cause of our furnace issue. Glad I called them!
