“I can honestly say I was going to post a negative review until yesterday. I was without heat for 26 days waiting on a part and luckily when I called yesterday I got Addison! He was the best! He called me 5 or 6 times and was trying to get something done with our furnace. Comes to find out a faulty Carbon Monoxide machine was the issue. He worked around our schedule and was caring in making sure our furnace was in the best shape and working correctly before he left. He took the time to check over our whole unit to make sure it was the only issue and going forward I will always ask for him to come take care of us. Thank you again Addison! “Danny was excellent. Our AC went out on a Friday evening. I sent a message through their website and received a return call within, literal minutes. Danny gave me what the after hours/weekend rate was. While not unreasonable, it was definitely not cheap. Which is totally to be expected. I said that we'd wait until Monday and just tough the weekend out. Before getting off the line he offered a couple of things that I could try that MIGHT fix the problem which was greatly appreciated. Called the next morning and we set up an appt for Monday morning first thing. Sunday Danny called and stated that a family emergency had arisen and he wouldn't be able to make it Monday morning. However, he offered to some out Sunday evening for the normal rate. We accepted and he was here within 30 minutes. Quickly diagnosed and fixed our issue, offered up some tips to keep our unit running smoothly, and was all around a pleasure to work with. Price was reasonable as well.Danny went above and beyond to get us cooled down on one of the hottest weekends of the year. I'd recommend him and this company for any HVAC work.“
