Comfort Crew of Columbia is one of the best HVAC companies in town. I used their services last year to fix my AC unit, turned out the mice had gotten in and chewed up some wires in the outside unit, they replaced the parts that needed to be replaced and my AC worked as expected. The company called me a couple days later to check up and make sure everything was working properly, which I thought was good business practice. As the temperatures changed I had issues with my thermostat, I could text them and they walked me through the fix and even offered to come look at it. The promptness and quick was response was amazing! I woke up to the house at 82 degrees and they came right away to take care of the problem. The owner was extremely professional, honest and nice. I would highly recommend this company!Service: A/C system repair
