“Duane came out after hours cost was reasonable considering it's summer and right after major storms took out power, when our power came back on the AC wouldn't come back on. Duane was able to locate the issue and replaced the part which fixed our AC and it was up and running quickly. Duane is very professional, friendly, proficient, and explained everything very well. Give Duane a raise, he deserves it!!!!!“
