Water Heater Installation/Repair in Columbia

“5:00 PM on a Saturday afternoon and we had no hot water and water standing under the water heater! We called the company, Brian Wears Plumbing, that has done so much work for us. (New water softener, bathroom remodels, installed winterized outside water spigot - you get the picture). Cameron, one of their excellent plumbers came by and explained what was happening and our options. No pushing. No hard sale.
By 7:30, Cameron had all parts and commenced working. He worked in hot, cramped quarters until 11:30 PM on Saturday night and returned the next day, for 3 hours, to complete the job.
Excellent workmanship and a careful explanation of our new, working system which included several upgrades such as a powered anode rod, water heater pan and a water recirculating system with sensor valve.
Each time we've had Wears Plumbing work for us, their plumbers have been personable and easy to communicate with. They listen and respond. They offer choices. We're over-the-top pleased with their work.“
