Eric was great. He answered all our questions and helped us feel more comfortable using our fireplace. He made recommendations for making the fireplace better. He even went the extra mile to paint the metal around the fireplace where it had been scratched from prior use. We really liked home and we would recommend him and Star to our friends and family.

We had the Fireplace shop out to service our fireplace. Eric, the technician, was very professional, knowledgeably and helpful. He answered my questions patiently and was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended.

Great experience. David was professional and took care of our issue quickly. He took great care to insure the work area floor was protected, using plastic to cover the carpet area. Arrived as promised and very amicable to talk with. I would highly recommend Star and David to everyone.
