Albright installed a heating pump system for us about 3-4 years ago. We thought they were excellent to work with then... But last night our AC system went down and with forecasted temps to be 90°+ this week and 2 small children, I called them at 7:05 this morning! They added me to their work list for the same day which was impressive enough but then I got a call that Jimmy was on his way! He arrived and was so friendly. He looked at the unit, assessed the issue, and then had the part ON HIS TRUCK and fixed it immediately. We were back up and running with cool air by 8:05am! Great quality company. Prompt in evaluating my broken AC unit and installing a new one in a timely manner. They are also well priced and won’t upsell you into buying or replacing something that doesn’t need to be. Just used them for the first time and would highly recommend. Jimmy showed up when he said he would and was so very friendly.. Made me very comfortable with having a stranger in to do work. Explained a lot to me and best of all I know I can call on him in an emergency 24/7.
