“Today was my first visit to Midwest Eye Associates. The first thing I noticed was how quickly I was greeted, checked in, and on my way to better vision. Within 5 minutes, I was having my eyes tested with the latest equipment and speaking with highly trained associates about my concerns and current issues. Friendly, courteous, and patient with me and my dry humor, I was prepped and ready for the doctor surprisingly quickly. My new optometrist was Dr. Taylor Schmidt, who was very friendly and thorough, explaining each part of the testing, what they were looking for, and setting me up with a new prescription. And, like magic, another Taylor entered the room and whisked me off to pick the perfect set of new glasses.
The best lenses and frames, all prices reviewed with my insurance coverage, and a large collection to choose from. While I shuffled from section to section, Taylor guided me through the process of form, fit, and function until I found what I was looking for. Dr. Schmidt seconded the decision as she hurried by to assist another patient. I was in and out of that office without any waiting, constantly attended to, and left knowing more about my vision, what I purchased, and feeling good about the price.

“I 100% cannot give the employees at this location any less credit than they deserve. Ciara, Justin, Keisha, and Maddie were so incredibly helpful, pleasant, kind, humorous, and went out of their way to help us! My husband and stepson got eyeglasses, and I got eyeglasses and contacts. All of these processes were seamless even as they happened on different days, and my husband even ended up returning both frames because they weren't comfortable the way he originally thought. Again - a SEAMLESS and easy going process! Both Ciara and Justin (and even with some help from Maddie and Keisha) worked out which plans with insurance and discounts would be best for all of our separate benefits. Ciara helped me figure out what glasses would fit my wants, while also helping me figure out which frames look the best! They truly went out of their way. We will never go anywhere else for our vision needs, specifically because of the amazing customer service from start to finish. Thank you all so much for being so great to us. “I worked with Tina to get a pair of Rudy Project glasses. She was knowledgeable about the frame brand (they had many options available in store to try), and she was very patient and informative discussing transitions technology with me. She didn't shy away from discussing technical jargon for probably over an hour, was transparent about technology differences between their lenses and Rudy Project's lab's lenses, and put my mind at ease regarding tinting, xtractive, polarization, and glare. Eyewearhaus's lab serviced my tough prescription when Rudy Project couldn't (high index, astigmatism). Tina was also very patient as I got my HSA account sorted out in-store, was willing to split my payment, and found a way to get me their $99 off special even though it technically began the next day and even though Rudy Project is usually excluded.

I was forced to come here as they're the only local retailer for Rudy Project, but they will be considered for all my future glasses needs, even living 45 min away.“
