Reviews
Very efficient and everyone there is friendly and helpful. I got there @ 25 mins early for my appointment and they weren’t busy so I was taken right away.
Explained everything in detail and I was on my way a few mins past when my appointment was originally scheduled.
Convenient location, professional staff. I did have to wait quite a while after my scheduled appointment time, about 45 minutes. Luckily I wasn’t in a hurry so it wasn’t a big deal. Everything else was very timely and smooth. I only have two complaints. First, the eye doctor told me she was going to send my info to The Retina Institute for them to set me up with an appointment. I waited a week and never heard anything. When I called they told me no one had sent anything to them about me. Second, I received not only a text, but also three emails asking me to leave a review. That seems a little overkill, but here is my review so maybe now that will stop.
